It’s a shame that BMI has such an impact on standards of health. Apparently though body fat percentage is measured if someone is over the standard weight requirement? I’m far far from an expert.
Personally, I would just focus on being able to physically do what they need you to rather than focusing on the weight aspect. That way you’re coming at the situation with a much healthier mindset and you may also be able to show a few people that your size doesn’t negate your strength and abilities.
