Anon, you break my heart. “Beauty” isn’t better than food and I would direct you to this:

Nothing tastes as good as self acceptance feels.
Self acceptance isn’t about being lazy, it’s about recognizing that not everyone’s body is going to look the same. It’s about realizing that your body is going to go through so many changes throughout your life and your personal self worth can’t rely on your size because there are so many other important things about you. If you let society’s views on fat dictate your happiness you will be a very unhappy person.
FA Frenchie exists because I sought to make sure that people who experienced fat negativity in their lives had a way to counter it through humor, sass, and an abundance of positivity. Normally I don’t respond to these sorts of messages publicly because they are so negative but you, Anon, came to me with genuine concern and this message brought a tear to my eye. I’m sorry that the Kate Moss quotation affected you so deeply but know that one model, whose very lifestyle and income depends on her being skinny, does not get to decide how you live your life. She sure as hell does not get to decide whether or not you are happy with your body. You’re the only one who has to love yourself, who cares what Kate Moss thinks?
